Sree Kumar A/L C K Nayar (Sree Kumar) was appointed to the Board of Directors of Kenanga Futures Sdn Bhd as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 12 October 2017. Subsequently, on the 25th May 2023 Sree Kumar was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kenanga Futures.

Sree Kumar receives his Bachelor of Commerce (1978) from University of Madras, India.

He was appointed Derivatives Advisor to Saudi Tadawul, the sole entity authorized to operate as the Securities Exchange in Saudi Arabia, serving from January 2018 to February 2019. Following this, he held the position of Chief Derivatives Officer from March 2019 to April 2021. Since May 2021, he has been serving as the Chief of Derivatives at the Saudi Exchange. As of January 2025, he has taken on the role of Strategy Advisor to the Saudi Tadawul Group.

Sree Kumar had been involved extensively in derivatives and money markets for more than forty (40) years. Most of his professional experience had been focused on managing change and innovation, as well as achieving growth and volume records for Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Berhad (“Bursa Derivatives”). During his tenure in Bursa Derivatives since 2001, he had held various positions as Acting Chief Executive Officer from 2015 to 2017 and subsequently, as Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer on various strategic initiatives of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange) and clearing house. Prior to his career in Bursa Derivatives, he served as General Manager in KAF, Astley & Pearce Sdn Bhd (International Money Broking Firm) from 1980 to 1995 and as Executive Director in KAF-Refco (Futures Commission Merchant) from 1995 to 2001.

Ms Azila Abdul Aziz, is Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director & Head of Listed Derivatives at Kenanga Futures Sdn Bhd, a Listed Derivatives Brokerage Company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Azila has been with company for more than 18 years and serves as the CEO since December 2012. An accomplished Executive equipped with leadership, management and entrepreneurship & intrapreneurship capabilities. Azila currently leads the overall running of the Listed Derivatives Broking Company that includes both in-bound & out-bound businesses overseeing the entire Front Office Sales to Back Office Operations. She sits on the Board of Kenanga Futures Sdn Bhd as an Executive Director, an appointed member of Senior Management Team for the Group Executive Committee and a member of several other committees within the Kenanga Group. Prior to joining Kenanga Futures Sdn Bhd, Azila held the position of Institutional Sales at RHB Securities Sdn Bhd from 1996 – 2000.  She was involved in sales role for both regional equities and futures markets with clientele base includes international institutions, banks, global hedge funds, domestic institutions, state funds and various asset management companies.

Azila holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Finance and a Diploma in Investment Analysis from Malaysia’s MARA University of Technology (UiTM). In addition to her present role in the company, Azila has diverse industrial participation where she has been appointed for various roles: President of Malaysia Futures Brokers’ Association (MFBA), Member on the FTSE Russell Bursa Malaysia Index Advisory Committee, Member of the Market Participants Committee (MPC), Principal Representative of the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Advisory Group, Committee member of the task force for Professional Certificate Investment and Finance (PCIF) program developed by PNB Investment Institute Sdn Bhd (PNBI/I) and an Associate Member of Palm Oil Refiners’ Association of Malaysia (PORAM).

Andrew Leslie Pal (“Andrew Pal”) was appointed to the Board of Directors of Kenanga Futures Sdn Bhd as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 October 2026.

Andrew Pal is a capital markets executive with over 30 years of experience across exchange traded derivatives, institutional cross-product brokerage, digital assets and financial market infrastructure. His career spans global investment banking, fintech and emerging financial markets, with expertise in market structure, institutional electronic trading, client solutions and regulatory environments.

Andrew Pal spent 20 years with UBS, including 10 years in Singapore, where he was an Executive Director of UBS AG and held additional responsibility as Chief Executive Officer of UBS Futures Singapore Pte Ltd. He worked across futures and options execution, clearing, market access and institutional client solutions in regional and global derivatives markets.

He has also held senior leadership and advisory roles with organisations including GSX Group Limited, where he was Chief Executive Officer of GSX Asia, as well as SBI Digital Markets, TradeFlow Capital Management and other fintech and digital asset ventures. His experience spans traditional and digital financial markets, giving him a broad perspective on market infrastructure and the evolution of financial services.

Based in Singapore, Andrew Pal brings extensive knowledge of Asian derivatives markets, clearing and settlement, regulatory developments and institutional market access. His experience across traditional and digital markets provides a practical perspective on the development of efficient and accessible financial markets.

Andrew Pal holds degrees in Economics and Arts from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.

Vaithiyanathan Madavan (“Vaithiyanathan”) was appointed to the Board of Directors of Kenanga Futures Sdn Bhd (“KF”) as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 January 2021.

Vaithiyanathan is currently the Head of Group Operations of Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (“KIBB”), the holding company of KF and is a Director of several KIBB’s subsidiaries.

Vaithiyanathan is a Chartered Accountant (Malaysia) and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK). He joined KIBB in 2017, as the Head of Group Compliance before assuming his current role at Group Operations.

Prior to joining KIBB, he was attached to Bursa Malaysia Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”), where he held senior positions in regulating the activities of both securities and derivatives market participants. His last position in Bursa Malaysia was Head of Equity Surveillance. Prior to that, he was Bursa Malaysia’s Head of Intermediaries Supervision.

He was also extensively involved in the developmental initiatives to shape the capital market industry and had also served as a member of the Securities Industry Development Corporation’s review committee for the qualifying examinations of licensed representatives.

Lem Siow Hui was appointed to the Board of Director of Kenanga Futures Sdn Bhd (“KF”) as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on 15 September 2022.

She holds a Master of Science in CFO Leadership from Singapore Management University, as well as a Bachelor in Accountancy from University of Malaya. She is a Chartered Accountant (Malaysia) and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Lem Siow Hui joined Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (“KIBB”) in December 2012 following the merger of ECML Berhad (“ECML”) and KIBB before assuming her current role as Head of Group Finance of KIBB, the holding company of KF and is a Director of several KIBB’s subsidiaries.

She started her initial career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC as an auditor before joining financial institutions such as EON Bank Berhad and ECML and was involved in various areas of financial management and reporting since.
